International Certification:
Heru holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA; the EMCC Master Practitioner (MP) credential conferred by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); and the Master Executive Coach (MEC) credential from the Association for Coaching (AC), Europe. He has completed more than 4,000 hours of coach-specific practice, with a primary focus on executive coaching for senior leaders, including Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), C-level executives (CxOs), and members of Boards of Directors, across private enterprises, multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and international organizations, including UN-ESCAP. He also holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) issued by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA.
Heru has accumulated over 25 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. He attained the position of Director in 1997, subsequently serving as President Director (Chief Executive Officer) from 2010 to 2013, and later as a Senior Advisor from 2014 to 2018. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and maintains several internationally recognized professional certifications, including Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) awarded by the CFP Board (USA), as well as Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), AAIJ, and AEPP

Level 1 Accreditation
Level 1 Coach Education equips aspiring coaches with foundational coaching competencies and provides a clear pathway toward the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Level 1 accreditation strengthens your credibility and global recognition as you join a community of coach education providers acknowledged worldwide for delivering high-quality, ICF-aligned coaching education.
Level 1, 3-in-1:
- 60 hours training
- 10 hours of mentor coaching over a three-month period
- E ACC-level performance evaluation
Level 2 Accreditaion
Level 2 Accreditation is designed for coach education that goes beyond the fundamentals. It offers comprehensive and in-depth training, along with structured mentor support, equipping learners with the expertise required to engage in higher-level coaching and build deeper, more impactful client relationships—resulting in more effective coaching outcomes.
Level 2–accredited graduate programs not only strengthen the core competencies required for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, but also meet the requirements for direct application to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential—significantly enhancing career opportunities. This makes Level 2 coach education especially attractive for professional coaches seeking advancement
Level 2, 3-in-1:
- 5 hours of training (in addition to 60 hours completed at Level 1)
- 10 hours of mentor coaching over a three-month period
