Hold Team Coaching certification: ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) from ICF-USA
Heru has more than 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry, reached Director level in 1997. And President Director (CEO) in 2010-2013 and then as Expert Advisor 2014-2018. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Adelaide, Australia, and also International certifications: CFP®️ from CFP®️ Board - USA, ChFC, CLU, FLMI, AAIJ, AEPP

Level 1 Accreditation
Level 1 coaching education provides aspiring coaches with fundamental skills and a clear pathway to the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Level 1 accreditation provides you with enhanced credibility and reach as you join the ranks of elite coaching education providers recognized worldwide for delivering top-tier coaching education.
Level 1, 3-in-1:
- Training 60 hours
- Mentor Coaching 10h within 3 months
- Performance Evaluation at ACC level
Level 2 Accreditation
Level 2 accreditation is for coaching education that goes beyond the basics. It provides comprehensive, in-depth training and mentor support, equipping students with the expertise needed to engage in higher-level coaching and deeper client relationships, leading to more successful coaching outcomes.
Graduates of a Level 2 accredited program not only build the foundational skills for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, but they also qualify to apply directly for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential — significantly enhancing their career opportunities. This makes Level 2 education highly attractive to coaches.
Level 2, 3-in-1:
- Training 65 hours (plus 60 hours in Level 1)
