At Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation in Cambodia (2017-2022), Reni held key leadership roles driving sales transformation and supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives. At Holcim Indonesia and LafargeHolcim (2008–2017), she was an essential part of teams that built commercial capabilities,
