Wita is a certified Executive Coach who has a myriad of experience in coaching leaders of big companies in Indonesia. She has a very strong belief in a positive psychology perspective which becomes her approach to finding clarity in an individual's purpose, value, and strengths.

Her experience in coaching executive and leaders in different issues and situation, helps her in guiding clients to find new insights, as well as finding a clear path towards what to do and making the best decision possible. As a mother of special need child, she also has broad exposure with parenting issues that sharpens her listening skill, makes it natural for her to better understand people's different needs and situation.

Wita is also a Master Trainer of DDI Facilitating Certification Process, Master Trainer of DDI Targeted Selection®️ for Interviewer and Trainer Workshop, and Facilitator of DDI Dimension Analysis Workshop with more than 12 year's experience as a senior consultant in Daya Dimensi Indonesia. Prior to that, she has experienced working in Ernst & Young Advisory Services, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Nielsen Indonesia.
